Training
Be it a curriculum that already exists or a need for one to be created, we are happy to work with clients to create content that best suits their needs as well as presenting that via live in person sessions, online live sessions via platforms like zoom, recorded videos, and self paced courses. We can also provide foster and adoptive parent courses between 1-2 hours for states and jurisdictions on topics such as LGBTQ suicide prevention, supporting and affirming LGBTQ youth, Digital Citizenship, Advocacy, and Supporting Youth in Getting Their Accurate Identity Documents.

Project Management
At times clients reach out looking for support organizing, supporting, and even leading projects. Whenever able, this is a service Elliott is happy to provide. This looks like a client discovery call to discuss the project, timeline, expectations, budget, and feasibility (be it scope, level of effort, and availability). Projects have including Oregons Fostering Pride Resource Parent Recruitment efforts, Trans Day of Visibility in Casper Wyoming with Casper Pride, and engaging youth contributors with lived experience in the National report Safe Havens II, a large national report with video interviews and their recommendations and insights incorporated and centered throughout the report.
